The general privacy policy of Bowls Cyprus is set out below and will apply to the Atlantic Senior Fours 2025 where appropriate.



This is the privacy policy of Bowls Cyprus. We may update this policy from time to time by publishing the amended version on our website. This policy applies to personal information we hold about individuals. It does not apply to information we hold about companies and other organisations. We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will only use your personal information in accordance with the current data protection law in Europe and this policy. 


How do we receive your information?

We may receive information about you and others, if their personal information is provided by you:-


  • when you contact us directly, by telephone or via our website. Information held is likely to include your name and contact details and any additional information we may need to help meet your specific requirements;

  • when you enter a competition or promotion by Bowls Cyprus;

  • the contact list which is sent to all members (if you have entered a Bowls Cyprus competition);

  • when we have been asked by you to book services (for example, book a hotel for a club tour);

  • when we are preventing fraud/loss, for example when we may transfer your data to Fraud Prevention Agencies. If one of these organisations is outside of the European Economic Area we will make sure they agree to apply the same level of protection of your information as we are required to apply in Europe.

Informing you about our products and services. 


We may use the name and email contact details you have given us to tell you about our own products and services which we think may be of interest to you. You can ask us to stop doing so at any time.

We try to keep our website secure. We cannot be responsible for any loss or unauthorised interception of information transmitted via the internet which is beyond our control. 

Our website may contain links to other websites outside of Bowls Cyprus. Our privacy policy only applies to our website. We are not responsible for the content, privacy or security of other websites.
